Unless otherwise specified to the contrary all new information shall be subject to these conditions.
Welkin Hotel does not guarantee that the Site will operate continuously or without interruption or be error free. In addition, Welkin Hotel may also suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without being liable for any direct or indirect loss as a result of such action.
Liability Disclaimer "Exclusion" In no event shall Welkin Hotel be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage, however arising and whether in contract, tort or otherwise, which you may suffer in connection with or arising out of:

if the breach relates to services, the supply of the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again; and if the breach relates to products and the products can be repaired, repair of such products or payment of the costs of having the products repaired, but otherwise, replacement of the products or the supply of equivalent products or payment of the cost of replacing the products or of acquiring equivalent products.

Specific Warnings:

You must ensure that your access to and your use of the Site is not illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you.

You are responsible for taking sufficient precautions and checks to satisfy your own particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output. You must ensure that any information which you provide to Welkin Hotel is accurate and complete and does not contain any virus, malicious computer code, computer program routine or process or other form of interference which may damage the computer system of Welkin Hotel or the information which may detrimentally interfere with or surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any Welkin Hotel system, data or information.

Hotel Reservations:

The reservations feature of the Site is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel related services and products and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these conditions and to use the Site in accordance with such conditions.
You agree to be financially responsible for your use of the Site including without limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether authorised by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation payment of all moneys due under such terms or conditions.The Site contains details of hotel charges and room rates (including any available special offers) for hotels and resorts owned or managed by Welkin Hotel.
Hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the Site and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions.
No contract will subsist between you and Welkin Hotel or any of its affiliates in respect of any services or products offered through the Site unless and until Welkin Hotel accepts your order by e-mail or automated confirmation through the Site confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking. Any other relevant terms and conditions relating to particular services or products are set out in the Site.
You undertake that all details you provide to in connection with any services or products which may be offered by Welkin Hotel on the Site (including hotel room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. Welkin Hotel reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you with any services or products.
Termination of Access If you breach any of these conditions your license to use the Site will terminate immediately without the necessity of any notice being given to you. Otherwise access to the Site may be terminated at any time by Welkin Hotel without notice.
The provisions of these conditions excluding, limiting and disclaiming the liability of Welkin Hotel will nevertheless survive any such termination.

General

Welkin Hotel does not accept any liability for any failure by Welkin Hotel to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If Welkin Hotel waives any rights available to it under these conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.
If any of these conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
You are completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the Site.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction These conditions are governed by the laws in force in India and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

CHECK IN POLICY

1. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel. 2. It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. 3. Foreign / International GUEST ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHECKIN. 4. Early Check-In: The standard check-in time in Hotels is 12 noon unless mentioned otherwise in your Booking voucher. Early check-in is subject to availability. WELKIN tries to ensure that you can check-in any time after that until your reservation is valid. Extra charges will usually apply as per below policy: Early Check-in Charges before 9 AM- RS.1000/- Between 9 AM and 10 AM RS.500/-

CHECK OUT POLICY

1. The standard checkout time in Hotels is 12PM unless mentioned otherwise in your Booking voucher. Late checkout is subject to availability and can be confirmed with the Hotel in advance. 2. Late Checkout: Extra charges will apply as per the below policy: Late Check-out Charges - Between 1 PM and 3 PM RS.1000/- Between 3 PM and 5 PM – RS2000/- AFTER 5 PM – 100% of the room rate for the day Booking Extension Policy: Any extension of stay at the Hotel is subject to availability of the rooms at the current ongoing rate and not at the rate at which the original booking was made and will/wish of management.

Cancellation Policy:

1. 100% of total Booking Amount will be deducted for cancellation of booking. 2. For online booking cancelation policy applicable as per details given on OTA. No Show: 1. In case you do not show up at the Hotel, charges for the first night shall be deducted.
2. Mid Stay Cancellations: In case you decide to shorten your stay any time post Check-In, you will be charged for one extra night as cancellation fee. 3. For Bulk bookings (4 or more rooms), you need to pay at least 50% of the total booking amount as advance to make a booking for 4 or more rooms.

Triple Occupancy Policy:

WELKIN HOTEL allow triple occupancy by providing an extra mattress for the third person for extra fee of RS 1000/-

Visitors Policy

1. Visitors are generally allowed to meet guests in the lobby during the day and in the room in case of medical emergency. 2. No female visitors are allowed in the guest rooms. 3. Visitors are not to allowed to stay overnight. 4. The Hotel front desk requires all visitors to present a government approved photo identity prior to accessing guest floors/rooms.

Child Policy

1. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of an extra mattress. 2. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child in CP plan

Code of Conduct:

1. Illegal activities are not permitted in WELKIN Hotel. 2. You should be aware that the Hotel may refuse service or evict you for. a) For refusal or failure to payment for accommodation. b) If you act in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests. c) If you destroy, damage, deface or threaten harm to hotel property or guests. d) Any of your actions are deemed inappropriate by the Hotel.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Please keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. You may be held liable for any damage to Hotel assets.
2. Smoking, Drugs and Alcohol use is prohibited in WELKIN HOTEL.
3. Anyone found using or under the influence of illegal drugs or substances classified under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 will be reported to the police and asked to leave the Hotel. Any evidence or suspicion of drug use or sexual abuse at the Hotel will be reported immediately to the police.
4. Drinking alcohol is prohibited in all public areas including; in the Hotel’s lobby, hallways, and parking areas. Please contact the Hotel Front Desk regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages within your room, without disturbing the discipline of the Hotel or other guests.
5. Penalty charges for smoking in the hotel or rooms Rs.2000.
6. For your own safety, please follow fire safety and emergency response procedures as directed by Hotel staff.
7. The guest shall abide by the hotel management decision and other rules and regulation mention on the GRC at the time of check-in.
8. Room Key Lost Charges Rs.1000/- per key.
9. Guest are request to keep their belongings in safe or in locked suitcase. Hotel management will not be responsible for the same.
10. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
11. Welkin Hotel reserve the right to deny Check-In to any guest after receiving full payment also.
12. Guest with local ID proof will not be allowed to Check in.
13. Welkin Hotel reserve the rights to amend and change terms & condition / hotel policy from time to time without any prior intimation to anyone and the same will be applicable.
